What is EB-5 ?
The U.S. Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to enable Foreign Investors to obtain a U.S. Visa by investing in a U.S. business that will benefit the economy and create jobs. Administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Investments in a “Target Employment Area” which include most regional center projects, can qualify with a minimum of a $500,000 investment.
